Family and kids friendly Museum

The Museum is increasingly “Family and kids friendly”!

For the little ones at the ticket office, it is possible to purchase the “Family Kit” consisting of game cards, a route map and a box of crayons and is designed to make children’s visit more enjoyable.

There is also a “Baby Pit Stop,” dedicated to families who need to breastfeed or change the baby with a bottle warmer and changing table, and a new relaxation area with a “Born to Read” corner, a place dedicated to the little ones with moms, dads, grandparents, where they can spend moments of rest, reading, play and where they can organize activities. Numerous titles are available here for the little ones: illustrated books and books dedicated to art and museums. The new service came to life thanks to the project “Culture for Growth. Born to Read and Other Stories to Live with the Family,” led by the City of Verbania, on the Culture to Grow Call for Proposals of the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation.

To make the visit easier, there are also baby carriers and risers at the ticket office to facilitate children’s viewing of the works.
