The museum’s main headquarter is Palazzo Viani Dugnani in Verbania Pallanza which hosts the Gipsoteca Troubetzkoy, the sculpture collection, the art gallery, and the temporary exhibit.

Accessibility
- The museum is fully accessible to visitors with mobility impairments. Admission is free for both the visitor and one accompanying person.
Families
The museum is family and kids friendly.
At the ticket desk, families with young children can purchase the Family Kit, which includes activity sheets, a route map, and a box of crayons—designed to make the museum visit more fun and engaging for children.

A new relaxation area featuring the Nati per leggere reading corner—a cozy spot for parents, grandparents, and little ones to rest, read, and play. The area offers a wide selection of picture books and titles related to art and museums.

The Museo del Paesaggio also participates in the Nati con la Cultura initiative, which grants free admission through the Cultural Passport for newborns and their families. The passport allows free access for the child and up to two accompanying adults until the child’s first birthday. It is valid every day the museum is open.
